Job Summary

Lead business process analysis and functional requirements definition for ERP platform selection and implementation across distribution, warehousing, and logistics modules. Define end-to-end process models for Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Produce, and Record-to-Report while mapping current-state Dynamics NAV gaps. Partner with IBP teams to integrate planning tools with ERP processes and serve as architecture lead for warehouse management, order fulfillment, and transportation logistics. Translate operational realities into functional specifications for system integrators and evaluate ERP fit for perishable goods distribution. Facilitate cross-functional workshops with stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to build consensus on target-state processes and capability models. Ensure business architecture decisions align with enterprise data lake strategy and support vendor evaluation through functional fit-gap assessments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in business architecture, enterprise transformation, or ERP implementation in a cross-functional role
  • Deep functional knowledge of at least one major ERP platform — Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or SAP S/4HANA — across core modules (Finance, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement)
  • Solid understanding of ERP financial processes — General Ledger, AP/AR, cost accounting, inter-company transactions, financial close, and management reporting — and how they integrate with supply chain and operational modules
  • Strong supply chain domain expertise with specific depth in distribution, warehousing, logistics, and order management processes
  • Demonstrated experience leading business process modeling (BPMN, value stream mapping, swim-lane diagrams) and translating process designs into functional requirements
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops with senior business stakeholders and building consensus across competing priorities
  • Understanding of master data management concepts and the role of data governance in ERP implementations
  • Experience in food, agriculture, CPG, or perishable goods distribution — understanding of short shelf-life supply chains, lot traceability, and food safety requirements
  • Familiarity with IBP/S&OP platforms and how they integrate with ERP planning modules
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft data ecosystem (Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics NAV migration paths)
  • Experience with enterprise integration platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.) and understanding of API-driven architectures
  • Hands-on experience with WMS and/or MES platforms and their integration with ERP in a distribution or manufacturing environment
  • Experience mapping financial close processes, chart-of-accounts design, or multi-entity consolidation in an ERP transformation context
  • Prior experience supporting ERP selection processes, including vendor evaluation, RFP development, and proof-of-concept coordination

Desired Qualifications

  • Relevant professional certifications (TOGAF, APICS/ASCM CSCP, SAP Certified Application Associate, CMA/CPA awareness) are a plus
