Business Process Architect

Analyze and design new business processes to guide implementation of processes and technologies; create detailed documentation and blueprints; define product requirements and use cases; perform user and task analysis to reflect business needs. Apply cutting-edge technologies (AI, Agentic/Gen AI, ML/DL, IoT, digital twins, geospatial analytics) to mining challenges; lead innovation across exploration, mine planning, design, scheduling, and sustainability. Develop new offerings and prototypes leveraging geoscience expertise; translate subsurface modeling and resource estimation into value for clients. Demonstrate strong BPM and process-transformation capabilities with experience across Supply Chain, Plant Operations, and related domains; hands-on with mining planning/exploration tools (Geovia Surpac, Minex, Minesched, Leapfrog, Deswik, Datamine) and geospatial/OT applications (ArcGIS, Maptek, OT platforms). Preferred MBA with engineering background and demonstrated cross-cultural project delivery in the mining sector. Excellent communication and MS Office skills, strategic vision, problem-solving, and teamwork across organizational units.
