Job Summary
Analyze and design innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Engage in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs. Proficiency in Celonis Process Mining Platform is required; strong analytical skills and experience in modeling and documenting business processes. Lead the development and refinement of process documentation, facilitate communication between technical teams and business units, mentor junior team members, and drive collaboration across multiple teams to deliver well-informed, actionable solutions. Based at the Pune office. 15 years of full-time education required.
