Job Summary
Process Analyst to model and improve business processes using BPMN 2.0; validate models with stakeholders; harmonize processes across departments and with a German sister company; develop process modeling methodologies; create training materials and deliver end-user training; requires Master’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years’ experience, strong analytical/communication skills, independent/team player; location Brussels with hybrid onsite/remote work; tools include Sparx EA, Jira, BPMN/UML; languages English plus Dutch or French; onsite 2 days/week.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (technical or economic) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Process Analyst
- Solid knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML
- Experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect, Jira, and DevOps is a plus
- Languages: English good knowledge; Dutch or French very good knowledge; The second national language good knowledge
