Job Summary
As a Business Process Analyst at Uline’s Monterrey location, you will analyze data to recommend and implement process improvements that streamline Finance operations, design, build and maintain finance processes, tools and workflow solutions using SQL, Power BI, Power Automate and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership, research and implement emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, and lead training sessions/workshops to support team member development and promote best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- 2+ years of experience in Finance, Business Intelligence, Process Improvement, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and Excel
