Business Process Analyst, UiPath Developer - Associate/ Assistant Vice President

Job Summary
Engage with business stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize automation opportunities, conducting process discovery workshops and preparing detailed Process Definition Documents. Perform AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping, calculate ROI, and translate requirements into functional specifications for UiPath Studio development. Design, develop, test, and deploy attended and unattended bots using Orchestrator, integrating solutions with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, and legacy applications. Conduct unit testing, UAT support, and defect resolution while maintaining technical documentation and adhering to CoE standards. Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Work in the office Monday-Thursday with remote flexibility on Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in business process analysis or RPA development
- Proficiency in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Assistant
- Experience developing automation using REFramework and exception-handling best practices
- Solid understanding of process analysis methodologies (BPMN, swimlane diagrams, value stream mapping)
- Familiar with at least one enterprise platform (SAP, Salesforce or ServiceNow)
- Working knowledge of SQL, Excel automation, and API and web service integrations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills
- UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiAR) or UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD)
- Experience with AI/ML capabilities in UiPath (Document Understanding, AI Fabric, Action Center)
- Exposure to process mining tools such as UiPath Process Mining or Celonis
- Agile and Scrum project experience
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certification
- UiPath automation tools
- AWS cloud services
- Python, VB.NET/C#, API integrations
- SQL databases
- Git, Docker, JIRA, Confluence
- REST/SOAP services and Postman
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Process Mining (UiPath/Celonis)
Desired Qualifications
