Job Summary
Role focuses on documenting current-state GTM, operational, and systems workflows; creating high-quality process artifacts (swimlanes, decision trees, data touchpoint diagrams, and RACI matrices); conducting stakeholder interviews; synthesizing information into clear documentation; maintaining a centralized documentation library; partnering with TPMs and Systems teams to support systems transformation and process improvement; has a hybrid work model with two days in the office in Oakland or Denver; uses tools like Lucidchart, Miro, Jira, Salesforce, Looker, SQL, and more; requires 3–5 years in related roles and strong communication and process-mapping skills; responsibilities span GTM, Finance, Operations, and Systems teams across SaaS/high-growth environments.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, business systems, or related roles in SaaS or high-growth technology environments
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with demonstrated ability to produce accurate and high-quality documentation quickly
- Strong process mapping and workflow visualization skills using tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio
- Ability to structure ambiguous information into clear, scalable, and easy-to-understand process artifacts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and synthesize stakeholder feedback effectively
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent requests and priorities across cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience facilitating working sessions, capturing decisions, and maintaining organized follow-through
- Familiarity with operational workflows across GTM, Finance, Customer Success, or business systems environments
- Basic reporting and analytical skills with comfort working with operational or CRM data
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and workflow copilots to support documentation, research, synthesis, and process analysis work
- Bonus: Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, subscription billing, or revenue operations systems
- Bonus: Experience working with process governance, process libraries, or continuous improvement initiatives
