Business Process Analyst

Lead Europe-wide documentation and modelling of end-to-end business processes using BPMN 2.0 across multiple markets and divisions. Own governance of the European process repository (structure, metadata, quality controls, versioning, adoption) and define European standards for process documentation and governance. Build and embed process and documentation capability across European markets, deliver guidance and training, and drive cross-functional continuous improvement. Influence senior stakeholders without direct authority, support change enablement to promote repository adoption, and help embed consistent ways of working across diverse countries within a shared European framework. Establish and maintain a central process repository as the single source of truth for Europe to support day-to-day operations, audits, and complex transformation initiatives. Requires experience with BPMN 2.0, proficiency with Signavio or Visio, stakeholder engagement, governance, lifecycle management, and transformation programmes across Europe.
