Job Summary
Design and build practical data infrastructure to drive management decision-making and optimize sales activities within the Rakuten Mobile Business Division. Construct and maintain data systems using BI tools like Domo or Power BI, while leveraging programming skills to automate data processing. Collaborate with stakeholders to lead projects that accelerate data delivery for field operations and manage budgets using accounting knowledge. Work autonomously in a two-person team to resolve corporate client challenges and maximize revenue across the Group's assets.
Required Qualifications
- Highly motivated to learn new things and proactive in taking on unfamiliar challenges
- Practical experience (1+ years) in building and utilizing data infrastructure using BI tools (e.g., Domo, Power BI)
- Logical and clear presentation skills using PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate smoothly with relevant stakeholders and demonstrate a collaborative spirit
- Possibility of domestic and international business trips and transfers
Desired Qualifications
- Professional experience using any programming language (Language is not specified)
- Experience in leading projects or taking the initiative to involve other departments to drive operations
- Practical experience in budget management or handling financial figures utilizing accounting knowledge
