Job Summary
Facilitate process discovery sessions to understand workflows and challenges, then create and maintain process maps, workflow documentation, SOPs, and business procedures. Gather, document, and validate requirements for technology, automation, and operational improvement initiatives while partnering with leaders to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for standardization. Support project intake, prioritization, scoping, planning, and implementation activities by analyzing business processes and data to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and efficiency gains. Coordinate with AI, Development, IT, Compliance, Quality, and operational teams to support solution design, stakeholder meetings, change management, training, and adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Analytics, MIS, Continuous Improvement, or a related field
- Two to five years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project coordination, or operational excellence
- Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, requirements gathering, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, formulas, pivot tables, and business process analysis
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneNote
- Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies to support productivity, documentation, analysis, and process improvement
- Ability to identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled business solutions while working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to see and hear, read and write

Desired Qualifications
