Job Summary
Lead use case identification, requirements gathering, and stakeholder coordination for technology integration initiatives supporting a U.S. Government customer's cyber-attack incident response mission. Translate operational pain points into technology capability requirements, develop business cases for pilot initiatives, and manage requirements traceability throughout the integration lifecycle. Facilitate workshops to document workflows, define success criteria, and coordinate between technical teams and operational stakeholders to ensure mission alignment. Create status reports, support governance reviews, and drive continuous improvement processes to measure pilot and production outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active Secret clearance
- Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or requirements analyst
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Experience with use case development and user story creation
- Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project coordination and tracking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BS in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related degree; or HS Diploma and 7+ years of directly relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
- TS/SCI preferred
- Experience supporting federal cybersecurity programs
- Background in technology assessment or capability evaluation
- Knowledge of cybersecurity operations and mission environments
- Experience with agile requirements management
- Familiarity with cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations
- Experience developing metrics and performance measurement frameworks
- Understanding of federal governance and decision-making processes
- DoD 8140 IAT Level II
- ITIL, CBAP, PMI-PBA
- SaFE
