Job Summary

Lead use case identification and prioritization activities with mission stakeholders while gathering and documenting requirements for technology integration pilots. Facilitate stakeholder workshops to translate operational pain points into technology capability requirements and develop business cases for insertions. Define measurable objectives, coordinate between technical and operational teams, and document workflows to identify automation opportunities. Manage requirements traceability throughout the integration lifecycle, support governance reviews, and create status reports for leadership alignment. Ensure pilot scope discipline and facilitate continuous improvement processes. Requires active Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility, 5+ years of business analysis experience, and proficiency in requirements documentation tools.

Required Qualifications

  • US Citizen
  • active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
  • DHS Suitability
  • 5+ years of directly relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related degree; or High School Diploma and 7+ years of directly relevant work experience
  • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
  • Experience with use case development and user story creation
  • Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with project coordination and tracking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting federal cybersecurity programs
  • Background in technology assessment or capability evaluation
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity operations and mission environments
  • Experience with agile requirements management
  • Familiarity with cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations
  • Experience developing metrics and performance measurement frameworks
  • Understanding of federal governance and decision-making processes
  • DoD 8140 IAT Level II
  • ITIL, CBAP, PMI-PBA
  • SaFE
