Job Summary
Elicit requirements using interviews and surveys, facilitate workshops, and perform data and document analysis to understand and articulate business objectives; develop/refine as-is and to-be business processes and use-cases using customer journey maps and design principles; partner with stakeholders to propose future-state processes for Finance and Accounting; communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to prioritize requirements and evaluate potential solutions; collaborate with enterprise project delivery teams to fit tactical projects into the strategic roadmap; manage multiple initiatives and develop or assist in the development of training materials and delivery of training.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct work experience as a business analyst on cross-functional process improvements initiatives in a business function or an IT setting
- Demonstrated knowledge of business analysis skills, including process and data-driven analysis experience using common industry frameworks
- Adept at analyzing and documenting complex business processes as well as researching and resolving process and project related issues
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks independently as well as coordinating, prioritizing, and managing activities of project teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with business stakeholders, team members, and management
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, communications, or related field

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with process modeling tools such as Microsoft Visio and/or LucidChart
- Formal training/certifications in Business Process Management (BPM) Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), UX/UI principles, enterprise architecture and business architecture frameworks (TOGAF, BIZBOK)
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Office 365, ServiceNow
