Job Summary
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency by mapping and documenting workflows using Visio. Partner with business, operations, product, and technology teams to redesign processes and gather requirements into clear documentation. Support implementation of new processes, monitor results, and recommend ongoing improvements while identifying opportunities to automate manual work using modern technologies, including AI-enabled solutions. This on-site role in Atlanta offers an hourly rate up to $40.00 based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of business process improvement, business analysis, or operational excellence experience
- Strong experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and process documentation
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders to improve operational processes
- Proficiency with Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or similar methodologies
- Experience supporting automation initiatives
- Experience with workflow automation or intelligent automation initiatives
- Exposure to AI-enabled business processes or digital transformation projects
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
