Business Process Analyst role focuses on optimizing and enhancing processes for Global Business Process Leaders with an emphasis on streamlined processes, standardized governance, and an integrated data model. Key deliverables include connected quotes across the portfolio and linkage between new, renewal, and cross-sell opportunities to provide a 360-degree view of the customer. Responsibilities include transitioning processes, reducing customer effort, enabling process improvements, identifying root causes, leading cross-functional projects, documenting workflows and artifacts, collecting and analyzing data to measure performance, and aligning improvement initiatives with defined metrics. The position reports to the Global Business Process Manager and is based in a hybrid environment from Milwaukee, WI or Mayfield Heights, OH. Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of relevant experience and proficiency with Salesforce, SAP CRM/ERP, BI tools, process-management software (e.g., SAP Signavio), Visio, Miro, and automation tools (e.g., Excel VBA, RPA). The role supports ongoing process optimization, automation readiness, and governance to enable scalable, data-driven improvements across the organization.
