Job Summary
The Business Process Analyst will join the BPA team, working directly with the customer to drive business process reengineering, process optimization, implementation, change management, and data visualization. Responsibilities include creating process flows, leadership briefings, and visualizations; conducting analyses to inform deliverables; facilitating senior leadership offsites, focus groups, and working groups; and coordinating across groups to establish and maintain program schedules and action tracking.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business process analysis and support
- Developing and maintaining project management and administrative artifacts, namely schedules and action lists
- MS Office (specifically Word and PowerPoint)
- 1+ year of experience in program governance, including the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of standard operating procedures
- Bonus points if you have: Experience with Agile management principles
- Bonus points if you have: Experience with MS Project
- Familiarity with collaboration and storage platforms (e.g. SharePoint, Confluence)
- Understanding of accounting and payroll systems and processes
- Experience with customer HR functions
- Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance is required
