Business Planning Manager

Prepare reports based on business performance and forecast analysis data, assessing weekly and monthly operations for the CFO office. Lead annual and quarterly business planning cycles, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, while developing models to evaluate financial and operational performance across departments. Partner with senior leadership to define key business objectives, KPIs, and performance improvement opportunities, and collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment on strategy execution. Identify risks and opportunities impacting business performance, recommending actions to drive continuous improvement in planning and reporting processes. This role supports the CFO in analyzing enterprise-wide financial and management information to develop and implement corporate policies and guidelines.
