Job Summary
Business Planner responsible for building and maintaining financial models and databases to inform decision-making, reviewing investment proposals for alignment with company objectives, analyzing cash flow and P&L for budgeting, preparing and presenting detailed P&L and financial analyses to management, monitoring oil market developments and industry trends, and producing regular management reports with insights on financial performance and operational metrics. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related numerical field, strong financial principles, experience with OPEX, cash flow, and budgeting, and excellent communication and English language skills. The role involves engagement with stakeholders and potential site visits to facilities or operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related numerical discipline or recognized professional accounting qualification
- Strong academic track record in financial principles
- Experience analyzing operating expenses (OPEX), cash flows, and P&L for budgeting
- Experience evaluating investment proposals (advantage)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
