Job Summary
Lead Planisware business ownership and requirements definition for a Technology PMO in Amgen’s Commercialization portfolio. Own system enhancements, testing, and stakeholder engagement; provide high-touch user support and training; drive data governance and data quality monitoring; lead continuous improvement of commercialization-related business processes; design scalable, tech-enabled process solutions; and deliver thought leadership on process improvements within a cross-functional, matrixed biotech/pharma environment. Requires deep understanding of Planisware, enterprise governance, lifecycle management, and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions with strong communications and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of Relevant experience OR Master’s degree and 4 years of Relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Relevant experience OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of Relevant experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Relevant experience
