Business Performance Leader

Drive business performance through KPI analysis, identify gaps, and implement improvement actions while supporting strategic decision-making with data insights. Work directly with managers and leadership teams across multiple locations to propose and integrate digital solutions and artificial intelligence into business processes. Travel to commercial sites to implement performance initiatives and influence decisions using advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills. This role offers strategic exposure in an international environment with dedicated internal training and hands-on understanding of the business through key commercial teams.
