Job Summary
Internship in Business Performance for a 6-month program based in Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland. Support business planning and forecasting cycles, perform data validation, prepare planning templates and tracking documentation, and contribute to performance reporting and analysis. Responsibilities include consolidating monthly forecasts, preparing analyses, creating charts and data visualizations for leadership reviews, supporting reporting tools and dashboards (Looker, Power BI, Tableau), and identifying opportunities to automate reporting. Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, fluency in English and French, strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills, and familiarity with BI tools; analytical, proactive, and collaborative mindset is essential.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar
- Fluency in English and French
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze large datasets
- Proactive, enthusiastic, curious and agile personality
- Collaborative spirit and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
