Job Summary
Associate Director in Protiviti’s People & Change practice leads client engagements, drives HR transformation programs, and shapes HR operating models. You’ll partner with CHROs and executives, translate diagnostic insights into actionable roadmaps, and help deliver measurable business value through HR technology and process optimization. You’ll mentor and develop teams, contribute to business development, and build lasting client relationships while applying repeatable methodologies and tools to scale HR transformation initiatives (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) across multiple engagements and industries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field
- 9+ years of experience in HR transformation, human capital consulting, or progressive HR leadership roles
- Progressive leadership experience in a global professional services consulting firm preferred
