Job Summary
Shape the strategy and performance tracking of Fever’s Business Development Team. Analyze commercial results to identify inefficiencies, trends, and growth opportunities; partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to define action plans; support strategic planning and forecasting to ensure targets are met; build dashboards and reporting frameworks, and provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth. The role involves high exposure across the organization, collaboration with executives, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics roles
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with executive-level exposure
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
