Job Summary
Drive transparency, performance, and operational excellence by delivering complex analyses, forecasts, and performance reports to support strategic decisions. Monitor KPIs, identify trends and risks, and lead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency, service levels, quality, and cost performance. Act as a trusted business partner translating data into actionable recommendations for management across the organization. Requires experience in business analytics, ERP systems (SAP, AX, D365), and proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python, and Databricks interest. This role operates in a fast-paced international environment with potential for work-from-home arrangements when appropriate; location-based responsibilities centered in Sevenum, Limburg, NL.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business analytics, performance management, operations, supply chain, or a comparable analytical environment
- Strong skills in Excel, SQL, Python, and Microsoft Office products
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, AX, or D365 and interest in cloud-based data platforms (Databricks)
