Job Summary

Assess workforce needs, define roles, and conduct job and compensation analyses to support organizational effectiveness. Provide strategic workforce planning, including headcount forecasting and resource planning, while facilitating internal talent movement. Drive performance management, lead workplace investigations, and resolve complex employee relations issues to mitigate organizational risk. Conduct compensation reviews, manage disability cases, and deliver HR metrics and insights to support business decision-making. Coach leaders on talent development and policy interpretation while ensuring data integrity across HR systems.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner role supporting complex, multi-site operations
  • Demonstrated experience supporting both Canada and U.S.-based employees and leaders
  • strong knowledge of Canadian and U.S. employment laws and HR practices
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, Labour Relations, or a related field
  • Strong business acumen

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • experience with SAP, SuccessFactors or other HRIS/ERP systems
