Job Summary
As a People & Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with business leaders and clients to deliver effective HR solutions across performance management, employee relations, and HR operations, while supporting organizational growth and development. Responsibilities include acting as the main HR partner for assigned clients and supporting HR service delivery; partnering with leadership to execute HR strategies; managing performance management cycles and employee relations cases; ensuring proper HR documentation, compliance, and reporting; and supporting organizational development initiatives and process improvements. Key qualifications include 5–7 years of HR experience (preferably HRBP), a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, strong knowledge of OD, performance management, and employee relations, excellent communication and stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
