Business Owner to Mutual Funds

Job Summary
As a Business Owner for Nordnet Mutual Funds, you will ensure an industry-leading mutual fund offering while maintaining compliance and commercial effectiveness, focusing on product governance, regulatory awareness, and collaboration with internal teams (legal, compliance, tech, product, marketing, operations) and external fund companies. You will drive cross-functional projects, monitor and improve mutual fund data and processes, oversee QA of tech development and trading setup, and support legal/compliance initiatives. The role requires strong fund-management experience, a mature understanding of regulatory frameworks (UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID II), Swedsec licensing, and the ability to communicate effectively in Swedish and English within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience within Mutual Funds
- MSc or similar preferably within finance or law
- Swedsec licensed
- Bank & Finance experience is required
- Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory
- Understanding of the regulatory framework around Mutual Funds and fund distribution, including UCITS, AIFMD and MiFID II
