Job Summary
Senior-level manager responsible for accelerating enterprise change by leading cross functional teams to drive economic and operational efficiency through innovation, agility, scalability and reliability across existing processes or new business ideas. Manages projects from pre-launch to post-closure, drives business analytics and financial analysis, develops process improvement programs, and leads staff analysts within the IBO framework to enhance effectiveness and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Finance, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience
- 7 years of prior work experience with a proven track record of continual business process improvement and innovation simultaneously meeting financial, operations and customer demands (in addition to education requirement)
