Job Summary
Lead cross-functional program coordination for the Regulatory Initiative at eBay, aligning Product, Legal, Tax, GCX, Marketing, Finance, Analytics across global markets. Manage RAID logs, weekly BU meetings, and preparation of monthly and regional updates; surface risks and drive follow-ups. Draft and distribute routine communications and reports; support planning cycles and the development of business cases with data consolidation (budgets, forecasts). Provide executive support by drafting summaries and board-level content; assist with competitive insights and regulatory benchmarking. Strong emphasis on coordinating multiple partners, maintaining program plans, and delivering clear progress updates to senior leadership. Requires 5-10 years in regulatory/business-ops within ecommerce/FinTech contexts, excellent communication, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in business operations in regulatory, ecommerce, FinTech, or consulting space
- Experience within large-scale marketplaces or international tech environments is a strong plus
- Operationally strong with experience leading end-to-end operations and coordinating multiple partners
- Ability to surface and escalate risks, dependencies, and issues; manage cross-functional communications
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to tailor updates to different audiences (working teams to VP level)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, cross-functional environment
- Experience preparing management reports and executive materials (MBR, QBR, budgets/forecasts)
- Fast learner with ability to grasp new regulatory topics, tools, and processes
- Not hyper-specialized in a single product area; breadth and judgement in operations
