Job Summary

Lead DGX Cloud's business operating rhythm by managing planning cycles, executive reviews, and decision forums while tracking action follow-through. Build executive-ready dashboards for capacity, program delivery, budget, headcount, and organizational health. Partner with Engineering, Product, Finance, HR, and TPM teams to define benchmarks, planning assumptions, and performance targets. Support headcount planning and hiring-plan tracking through workforce-capacity analysis and forecast accuracy reporting. Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives by establishing dependencies, risks, decision paths, and accountable owners. Convert intricate operational, technical, and financial data into clear executive insights and recommendations. Improve operations via automation, AI-assisted workflows, and scalable planning mechanisms to address bottlenecks and process gaps.

Required Qualifications

  • More than 12 overall years in business operations, technical program management, strategy and operations, finance, analytics, or comparable technical/business roles
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience building dashboards, defining important metrics, developing planning models, and translating data into executive recommendations
  • Experience leading headcount planning, workforce-capacity analysis, hiring-plan tracking, and organizational planning in partnership with HR and functional leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional programs involving technical, operational, financial, and organizational dependencies
  • Experience establishing operating rhythms, including executive reviews, planning cycles, decision forums, performance tracking, and leadership-ready reporting
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, large-scale services, or technical operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex data and program status into clear risks, tradeoffs, and decisions
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting business operations for AI/ML infrastructure, GPU capacity, cloud services, or large-scale technology organizations
  • Track record building data products, executive dashboards, or automated reporting systems that became trusted sources of truth
  • Experience connecting headcount, budget, capacity, and program-delivery data to improve investment and prioritization decisions
  • Experience applying AI or automation to improve planning, reporting, forecasting, or operational follow-through
  • Ability to operate as a trusted partner to senior leaders while independently driving clarity, accountability, and execution across a complex organization
