Job Summary
Junior Business Operations Specialist to coordinate end-to-end website migrations from Shopify/WooCommerce/Squarespace to Wix for a leading Canadian fintech client. Focused on ensuring seamless e-commerce functionality and payment integration, the role involves coordinating migration activities, maintaining clear client communication, exporting/importing data (CSV) to Wix Catalog and Wix Contacts, validating imports, performing post-migration verification, archiving activities with detailed logs, and collaborating with Moneris and Wix support to resolve issues. Requires bilingual English/French, experience migrating e-commerce sites to Wix, strong Wix tooling knowledge, meticulous data handling, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
- Experience migrating e-commerce websites to Wix (Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace)
- Strong understanding or hands-on experience with Wix tools and website setup
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling (CSV or similar)
- Strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating client migrations
- Ability to troubleshoot migration issues, identify root causes, and implement corrections
- Familiarity with data import/export procedures, data validation, and reconciliation
- Understanding of secure data handling and archiving standards
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced fintech environment
