Job Summary
Maintain HR records, SharePoint content, and business documentation while overseeing the Box virtual data room for corporate governance documents. Coordinate vendor and customer contract management workflows with outside counsel, including NDA administration, and manage vendor relationships, subscriptions, and office operations. Contribute to C Corp conversion, SOC 2 compliance activities, and other company-level projects as they arise. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency using AI, automation, and better business processes. Manage recruiting, onboarding, employee communications, and people operations activities for a small, collaborative team. Jump in wherever needed to help the business move forward.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in business or people operations, HR, or office administration in a technology-driven, corporate, or professional services environment
- Exposure to legal operations, contract management, or data room administration
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills with the ability to leverage Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and other productivity tools to improve how work gets done
- Hands-on experience using AI and automation to streamline workflows and improve business processes
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep initiatives moving
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and a natural curiosity for solving problems
- Professional communicator who works effectively with employees, vendors, and external partners
- Resourceful, self-directed professional who takes ownership, asks thoughtful questions, and adapts as priorities evolve
