Job Summary
The Business Operations Specialist will provide transactional, administrative, and repeatable services to support a broad range of personnel security functions and maintain relationships with government customers and Facility Security Officers. Key duties include administering routine DOD or other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company policies, reviewing SF-86s and DD-254 packages, coordinating with customer security representatives to process security clearance applications, organizing data for primary security databases, verifying clearance levels in DISS, processing initial clearances and reinvestigations, investigating security violations, and maintaining liaison with government agencies. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, active Secret clearance or higher, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong customer service, organization, and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. Desired: 1+ year of security-related experience, government/DoD/Intelligence/contractor experience, potential to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance, and familiarity with security systems and DD-254-related processes.
