Job Summary
Manage and maintain the customer portfolio in SAP while collaborating with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service. Optimize business processes for campaigns, supply chain activities, product returns, and customer communication in compliance with internal policies. Act as the primary link between the Nordic Sales organization and Bosch Power Tools headquarters, serving as a key user and expert in SAP and other business systems. Fluency in Danish is essential for this role located in Ballerup. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3-4 years of relevant professional experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fluency in Danish
- Managing and maintaining the customer portfolio in SAP
- Optimizing business processes such as campaigns, supply chain activities, product returns, and customer communication
- Working closely with the Nordic Sales organization
- Serving as a key user and expert in SAP and other business systems
