Job Summary
Senior Business Operations Specialist to design and manage the operating rhythm, provide data analysis and insights, establish and track metrics, and enable cross-functional collaboration and decision-making for Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) in Everett and Renton. Responsibilities include creating or collaborating on tools and reports, supporting operational processes, delivering timely analyses and presentations, enabling visibility into performance trends and risks, and ensuring integration across programs and functions. The role emphasizes data-driven decision support, scenario analysis, and proactive process improvements, with coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel. Location-focused duties apply to Everett and Renton, WA.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 7+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
