Job Summary
Own a rotating portfolio of cross-functional operational projects end-to-end, managing vendor relationships, financial operations support, and clinic coordination across Massachusetts and Missouri. Build and maintain SOPs, launch playbooks, and operational systems while administering data integrity and recurring reporting for leadership. Leverage Claude Projects and automations to eliminate manual work, creating reusable workflows for the broader team. Work full-time US Eastern hours with US-based leadership, driving system migrations and market expansion support.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in business operations, operations, consulting, finance operations, or a similar generalist role
- Demonstrated ability to work full-time US Eastern Time hours (approx. 9 PM – 6 AM Manila time, including DST shifts)
- Hands-on experience with modern business systems (e.g., Ramp/Bill.com, Rippling or similar HRIS, QuickBooks exposure a plus)
- Demonstrated AI fluency — must be able to show actual work product (Claude Projects, automations, prompt engineering, agent workflows, or similar)
- Excellent written English and async communication skills
- Strong organizational judgment — able to prioritize, own, and finish work without close supervision

- Experience supporting new site openings, M&A integration, or market expansion
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
- Exposure to financial operations (AP, reconciliation, expense management)
