Job Summary
Business Operations Specialist supporting day-to-day iTero operations across the EMEA region. Responsible for accurate order processing, backlog management, contract/purchase order verification, SAP/CRM system data entry, handling recurring service orders and RMA processes, credit and rebill activities, maintaining customer master data, responding to internal requests, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements. Requires experience with CRM/SAP, strong Excel and data analysis skills, and English fluency; European language skills are a plus. On-site role based in Wroclaw, Poland.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, customer support, or similar roles
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
- Strong understanding of operational and sales processes
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is an advantage
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in working with ticketing systems and databases
- Ability to interpret contracts, purchase orders, and operational data
