Job Summary
The Business Operations Specialist is responsible for managing customer orders and delivery schedules, ensuring compliance with global export regulations, and coordinating daily business operations. This role involves maintaining client relationships, responding to inquiries, participating in customer visits, and collaborating with Account Managers on account establishment and pricing discrepancies. The ideal candidate should possess strong data analysis skills, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and at least 1-6 years of related experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry or supply chain. A Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in business or related field
- 1-6 years of related experience; preferably in the semiconductor industry or Supply Chain Field
- Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail
- advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

- Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, strong analytical ability to drive results, problem-solving, eager to learn and work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude to function within and outside the team in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to track multiple processes concurrently, prioritize work, meet deadlines
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Mandarin-speaking/writing is preferred
- Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management experience is a plus
