Job Summary
Senior-Associate level operations role focused on strengthening Lyka’s internal operations through identifying process and tooling gaps, leading cross-functional improvements, and partnering with Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Responsibilities include documenting and standardising procedures, owning internal tools for reliable daily operations, delivering operational projects (tool implementations, process redesign, change management), applying change management to drive adoption, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines and dependencies, supporting training and enablement, and using data to diagnose problems, track progress, and create simple reporting to highlight performance bottlenecks. The role emphasizes stakeholder management, clear communication, and a proactive, ownership-oriented approach to continuous improvement in a high-growth startup/manufacturing/consumer-brand context.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in operations, consulting, project management, business analysis, or similar roles (startup or high-growth experience strongly regarded)
- Strong project management and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and implement practical solutions
- Naturally collaborative and able to build relationships quickly with stakeholders
- Clear, structured communicator, written and verbal
- Tech-savvy; comfortable learning new systems quickly and implementing new SaaS tools
- Analytical mindset; confident working with data to inform decisions
- High attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-oriented approach
- Experience in a high-growth startup, Manufacturing or consumer brand is a plus
