Job Summary
Lead end-to-end, cross-functional programs within the Plasma Business Unit, defining strategy, budgets, and execution plans to meet organizational priorities. Own program outcomes and governance, drive milestone execution, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver measurable business results through disciplined execution. Coordinate across R&D, operations, and finance to ensure alignment with business cases, commercialization readiness, and resource planning. Drive process improvement and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and scalability, while maintaining accountability for program outcomes and ROI. Requires strong leadership to influence teams without direct authority and a track record of delivering complex, multi-project programs on time. Bachelor’s (technical/business) and MBA strongly desirable; PMP/PgMP and Lean Six Sigma experience are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
- MBA or graduate degree strongly desirable
- PMP or PgMP certifications highly valued
- Lean Six Sigma (LSS) preferred
- Experience 5 to 8+ years in program management
- Medical devices or regulated industry experience preferred
- Tools: MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, PowerBI; MS Office
