Business Operations Manager (Werribee Shopping Centre)

Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations across clinic, practitioners, concierge and dispensary; drive commercial performance (site KPIs, practitioner productivity, dispensary results, revenue and profitability); own the site P&L, labour management, roster efficiency and operational cost control; ensure compliance across healthcare, pharmacy and workplace requirements while building a high-performance culture. The role requires hands-on, floor-based leadership, managing patient flow and throughput, and collaborating across practitioners, pharmacists and support teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality patient experience. Requires 3+ years of leadership in healthcare/retail/clinic operations, experience with operational systems (e.g., 3CX, Halaxy), strong governance and risk management, and a willingness to travel as needed. The position is based in Werribee, Victoria, Australia with hybrid remote options.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years leadership experience in healthcare, pharmacy, retail, clinic or multidisciplinary operational environments
- Experience with 3CX, Halaxy or similar operational/clinical systems
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to stabilise operations quickly
- A reliable car and open driver’s licence (travel may be required)
