Job Summary
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to translate commercial objectives into operational priorities, accelerating ARR growth and reducing churn. Design scalable processes and lead revenue forecasting for the UK&I region, while managing commission payments and reviewing seller opportunities against compensation plans. Create ARR, NRR, and pipeline health dashboards to enable data-driven decisions, ensuring accurate CRM data hygiene and clear communication of internal policy changes. Partner with sales and customer success teams to identify at-risk accounts and execute global go-to-market programs.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Business Operations
- Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based enterprise business
- Solid understanding of recurring sales motions, renewal cycles, and customer lifecycle management in an enterprise security context
- Experience with MS Dynamics 365 (D365), Salesforce, or equivalent enterprise CRM
- Proven ability to design and build reports and dashboards
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau or equivalent BI tooling
- Familiarity with D365, Salesforce reporting, and revenue forecasting platforms
- Proficiency in AI productivity and analytics tools
- Fluency in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
