Job Summary
Streamline internal processes, coordinate technical projects, and lead funding, grant, and strategic initiatives to drive new revenue opportunities. Provide strategic and operational support to company leadership while managing budgets, financial planning, and cost tracking. Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and customers to enable scalable operations. Fluent in German (C1-C2) with a degree in Engineering Management or equivalent experience required. Required Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering Management, or a related technical or management field, or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional and customer-facing work
- 3+ years of experience in software development environments, including hands-on involvement with technical project management or coordination of software‐driven initiatives
- Relevant work experience in consulting, start-up or business development
- Hands‐on experience preparing or managing grant and funding applications, including research, writing, and documentation
- Practical knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and cost tracking
- Fluent in German (C1-C2)
