Job Summary
Cisco’s Legal Operations team seeks a Business Operations Manager to bridge business needs and technical execution by designing, building, and maintaining workflow automations on low-code/no-code platforms, consulting on AI solutions, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and managing end-to-end implementation of technical initiatives within a legal/regulated environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Legal Operations, or a technical project management role within a legal or highly regulated environment
- Hands-on experience building and deploying solutions using low-code/no-code application platforms
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements for IT development teams
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of driving initiatives from concept to successful implementation
