Job Summary
Hybrid leadership and coordination role overseeing site operations, onboarding, tracking, reporting, vendor coordination, and administrative processes, with direct people management for a small group of individual contributors. Responsible for bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to site operations, improving efficiency through AI-enabled ways of working, building relationships with stakeholders, and acting as a trusted partner to drive cross-functional initiatives across the Ultimo Sri Lanka site.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in business operations, coordination, administration, people operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
- Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring team members.
- Experience working across support functions such as Finance, IT, Marketing, HR, Academy, or similar areas.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and drive follow-through in a growing organization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
- Business fluency in English.
