Job Summary
Lead a high‐performing clinic and dispensary as the Business Operations Manager at Green Life Clinics. Own the site P&L, drive commercial performance, oversee clinic, practitioners, concierge and dispensary operations, ensure compliance across healthcare, pharmacy and workplace requirements, and build a culture of accountability. You’ll manage labour, rosters, patient flow, and workflows to maximise throughput and profitability, while coaching teams and delivering a seamless patient experience. This hands‐on, floor‐based leadership role requires 3+ years in healthcare/retail/clinic operations, proven KPI management, and experience with systems like 3CX or Halaxy. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ leadership experience in healthcare, pharmacy, retail, clinic or multidisciplinary operational environments
- Proven ability to manage KPIs, labour performance, commercial outcomes and operational efficiency
- Strong people leadership — coaching, performance management, standards setting and team development
- Experience with 3CX, Halaxy or similar operational/clinical systems
- High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to compliance, governance and risk
- A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset with the ability to stabilise operations quickly
- A reliable car and open driver’s licence (travel may be required)
