Job Summary
Identify and execute revenue growth opportunities while optimizing costs and managing budgets to drive business performance. Evaluate current workflows, rebuild systems for scalability, and implement tools to improve operational efficiency. Lead a small team by coaching, mentoring, and establishing clear accountability standards. Collaborate across the organization to define the company's vision and integrate new industry trends and technologies. Leverage existing vendor relationships to identify new partnerships and product offerings. Manage multiple priorities under pressure to ensure rapid responsiveness to client needs.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in corporate gifting/promotional products
- 5+ years experience managing a multi-faceted team
- Strong operator mindset with proven experience of turning complexity into clarity
- Track record of improving processes, systems, and operational efficiency
- Operations experience that has proven to significantly influence business performance
- Possess existing vendor/partner network within the gifting ecosystem
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills/active listening skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; must function well under pressure, delegate effectively, and remain positive and constructive under stress
- Experience balancing strategic direction to guide and enable teams to deliver high-quality execution
Desired Qualifications
- Event industry experience a plus but not required
