Job Summary
Manage medium to large sized projects with moderate to high risk, defining scope, plans, and schedules while identifying risks and creating mitigation strategies. Solve highly complex problems using analytical skills to recommend appropriate solutions and establish partnerships with stakeholders to secure sponsorship and alignment. Drive project delivery, manage costs, and evaluate results against success metrics to create or reengineer processes that improve productivity. Mentors team members, builds awareness for organizational change, and ensures continuous product improvement across cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- 10 years of related project/program management experience
- Masters degree
- 7 years of related experience
- Prior experience leading and managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills to manage various stakeholders expectations
- Proven ability to define program scores, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently across multiple projects

Desired Qualifications
- Masters certification in project/program management
- Industry experience with Semiconductor or Manufacturing industry
