Job Summary
Build operational infrastructure from scratch by coordinating cross-team workflows across product, design, engineering, and implementations. Maintain real-time visibility into team load and delivery risk, surfacing stalled projects and capacity issues before they become emergencies. Establish and enforce operational rhythms including meeting agendas, cycle kickoffs, action item tracking, and 90-day reviews. Manage staffing reassignments, PTO coverage, customer escalations, vendor contracts, and logistics for offsites. Directly support the founder and team leads in scaling the company, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks while the organization grows rapidly.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience at a startup that scaled through the 15-to-80 person range
- Experience holding a role responsible for cross-functional coordination
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Relentless organization without being bureaucratic
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Directness and ability to be unintimidated when giving feedback
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in B2B, enterprise software, or fintech
- Familiarity with tools like Linear, Notion, Pylon, Mixpanel
- Experience supporting a technical team (engineering, design, product)
