Business Operations Lead DACH (m/w/d)

Own the DACH operating backbone by running the business cadence, including performance reviews, forecasting cycles, and disciplined follow-up. Deliver forecast accuracy and actionable performance insights while leading the development of business analytics across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Own territory design, customer segmentation, and coverage models, ensuring correct system implementation and ongoing governance. Manage workplace operations across DACH, overseeing facilities management, fleet oversight, vendor management, and compliance with coordination in locations where facilities are externally managed. Lead the Business Operations team, including analytics and workplace units, ensuring alignment with business priorities and effective implementation of culture and engagement initiatives.
